The villa is in two parts; to the left off the hall a corridor with French windows opening out to the vast patio and garden leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a separate suite of two double bedrooms and bathroom. Both these have double beds, the first two large singles.
The main villa is to the right of the hall, antique double doors open to a large foyer with steps down to an extremely spacious living room. From this more antique doors open into a lovely dining room, with magnificent circular marble ding table seating 10-12. French windows open out to a covered dining terrace, with superb marble dining table seating 8-10. Doors from both this dining room and the foyer lead to a huge fully fitted luxury kitchen with breakfast room seating 6.
Off the kitchen is a fully fitted laundry room, and a separate door off opens into a maid’s / guest room with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen also opens out into a walled patio, with wrought iron gate leading out to the semi-circular drive in front of the house.
