Vast apartment, sleeping up to 10 in 5 bedrooms, right on the best beach in Sotogrande adjacent to El Octogono Beach Club, with magnificent views of Africa and Gibraltar.
An entrance hall leads into a large fully fitted kitchen and on to an extremely spacious living dining room, with French windows out to the patio, garden and the beach.
This hall also leads to a twin bedroom with guest bathroom, and a master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
The living dining room leads through to the main living, equally spacious, and also the French windows leading out to the patio, garden and the beach.
On through the living room leads to a corridor off which are a guest bath room a guest twin bedroom and master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is also a study.
Below the apartment is the car park for the building. We have two parking spaces and a large store room which has been converted into a further Maids room / guest bedroom with bathroom.
The apartment as stated opens out directly onto a lovely beach, and enjoys stunning views of more beaches, the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa.
The Apartment building is absolutely adjacent to El Octongo beach club, with two pools, beautiful grounds and gardens, tennis courts, restaurant and bar.
The club is a members only club, but guest membership can be arranged on a daily / weekly basis.
